Some Effects are not Activated

Some effects of the move used with Genome Hacking may not be activated. For example, Charizard EX's "Crimson Storm" has the effect of discarding 2 Fire Energy, but if Mew EX does not have Fire Energy attached, energy will not be discarded.

Can also be used as a wall using Budding Expeditioner
