Tier	A
Reason	If your opponent has drawn multiple cards use this card to give them a disadvantage. It increases the chances of giving your opponent a bad hand to play.

Use when your opponent has 4 or more cards

Use the Red Card when your opponent has four or more cards. It will reduce the cards into three after being returned to the deck and shuffled. It is effective when paired with Hand Scope, allowing you to check your opponent's hand before using it.
