・Launch the Observatory's Primary Installation
・Get Rid of the Obstruction Blocking the Rails
・Reboot the Primary Installation
・Ask Richter about the Scientists
・Acquire the Collar from the Bayun
・Bring the Collar to Richter
・Talk to Prof. Ozersky
・Find the Entrance to the Mirror VPC
